At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, tags, and protective plastics are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix your generated shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
